Therachange Refund Policy

Therachange’s initial therapy consultations are non-refundable. This policy ensures that our clinics and practitioners can allocate time and resources effectively to support those who need our services.

In rare circumstances, and solely at the discretion of the Therachange management team, a refund may be considered if we are able to reallocate the appointment slot with sufficient notice.

In all cases, the decision of the Therachange management team is final, and clients should consider consultation and assessment fees as generally non-refundable.
